This policy explains what information ozel ai (“ozel ai”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects when you visit ozelai.com or join our founding community, why we collect it, and the choices you have. ozel ai is in development; today the site does one thing — it lets you leave your email to be notified and to take part early. We keep our data practices as small as that purpose.

01 Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us and a small amount of standard technical data:

• Your email address — when you submit it through a form on this site to join the founding circle or early-access list.
• Anything else you send us — for example, if you email hello@ozelai.com, we receive your message and address.
• Basic technical data — when our form is submitted, our form provider may record standard information such as your IP address, browser type and a timestamp, to help prevent spam and abuse.

We do not ask for your name, phone number, payment details or any sensitive information, and we do not knowingly collect more than is needed to reach you.

02 How we use it

Your information is used strictly to run the community and keep you informed:

• To add you to our founding / early-access list and contact you about ozel ai — including when the community opens and important updates.
• To reply to you if you get in touch.
• To protect the site against spam, abuse and technical problems.

We will not use your email for unrelated marketing, and we never sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

03 How your data is handled and stored

Form submissions on this site are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which receives your email and delivers it to us. Your data is stored on their systems and in our own records for as long as needed to run the community. Formspree processes this data on our behalf; we recommend reviewing Formspree’s privacy policy to understand their practices.

Because ozel ai is a worldwide community, your information may be processed on servers located in countries other than your own. Wherever it is processed, we apply the protections described in this policy.

Our site links to communities and profiles we run on Discord, X, Telegram and Instagram. When you follow those links you leave ozelai.com and are subject to each platform’s own privacy policy and terms. We don’t control those platforms and aren’t responsible for how they handle your data.

06 Your rights and choices

You are always in control of your information. At any time you can:

• Access — ask what personal data we hold about you.
• Correct — ask us to fix inaccurate data.
• Delete — ask us to remove you from our list and delete your data.
• Unsubscribe — opt out of our emails at any time, using the link in any message we send or by contacting us.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA — including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these, just email hello@ozelai.com and we’ll take care of it.

07 Data retention

We keep your email only for as long as you remain on the list or as needed to run the community and meet any legal obligations. When you ask to be removed, we delete your personal data from our active records within a reasonable period.

08 Children

ozel ai is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

09 Changes to this policy

As ozel ai grows from a community into a product, our practices may change. If we make a significant change, we will post the updated policy here and revise the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
